What can I expect on the first day of class?
Our boxing classes are 45 minutes long. The BoxFit classes are structured in “rounds” that include a cardio warmup, boxing with intervals and core work. The MethodBox Foundations is structured as an in-depth boxing form and technique awareness and correction. The MethodBox Move class is intended for intermediate/advanced individuals who want to increase speed and power using proper boxing training and techniques.
If this is your first time, expect a fun learning experience! The most important aspect to know when you’re new to boxing, is to keep going!
