What are the differences between the boxing classes?

Here’s a breakdown of focuses for each boxing class. All classes are 45 minutes in length. We recommend beginners to attend the MethodBox Foundations class at least once. This class will help you with proper form, which is very important if you want to maximize the effectiveness of your classes. We will also cover basic punches.
